Learn how to use social media tools and strategies even better and walk away with real solutions to shrinking marketing and personnel budgets. Participants will also learn strategies to leveraging social media for giving as well as measuring your return on investment in social media tools. For intermediate users; participants should have a basic grasp of common social media tools including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
