Budgeting Realities: Programs & Grants Budget Development

Once you have collected the data and information required to support your proposal, you must then develop a well-thought out and detailed budget to submit that must also be used to support the operations of your organization. This workshop focuses on aligning budget management and development with mission and goals of the nonprofit organization. Participants will learn how to develop an operational budget that will help them manage their program or organization more effectively and efficiently.
