Mission: To benefit the citizens of Hopewell and surrounding Tri-Cities. Its purpose is to collect, preserve, exhibit and encourage the study and appreciation of the arts and to exhibit and promote intercultural history of people in the community of all ethnic origins, and to thus enrich the lives of all.
