? Pet food delivered monthly for clients who have dogs or cats.
? Holiday gifts and birthday cards for Meals on Wheels clients.
? Liquid nutritional supplements, such as Boost or Ensure, for clients needing additional calories or protein due to unintentional weight loss, cancer treatment, etc.
? Donated box fans and air-conditioning units are provided during the hot summer months for at-risk clients in need.
? Registered dieticians to provide nutritional counseling and education
? Case managers to assess our clients’ mental and physical needs and provide links to resources and support. May include assistance with medications, medical supplies and fuel assistance.
? Connections with groups and individuals who can provide transportation to medical appointments.
? Flu and pneumonia vaccines provided to clients in their homes by Instructive Visiting Nurses Association.
