Amazon Job Assistance

Dinwiddie County staff and volunteers will provide assistance to individuals looking to secure one of the 1,350 jobs Amazon.com is bringing to Dinwiddie and Chesterfield Counties this fall. The event will take place at the Historic Southside High School Education Center on Wednesday, August 8, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm. The annex is located behind the former Dinwiddie Middle School building at 12318 Boydton Plank Road. Workers will assist applicants through the online application process to help secure a spot. Appointments will take between 60 to 90 minutes to complete. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. Please call 804-469-4500 ext. 2137 to reserve a time.
