|Minority Health Consortium, Inc. is seeking an efficient, focused and flexible individual to provide administrative support to all grant programs, Community Programs Director and Executive Director. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. |
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
Research, price, and purchase office supplies.
Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules, as directed.
Interact with other service providers to enhance coordination of services and referrals to the programs.
Ability to operate a computer using word processing and spreadsheet software; type accurately at a speed necessary to meet the requirements of the position. Communicates clearly and effectively orally and written; use tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive situations, concerned people and matters of confidentiality. Experience and Training including a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; preferred two years of increasingly responsible office administrative experience.
Must have valid divers license and a reliable personal vehicle.
