| Executive Director - The Bradley Free Clinic | | | | Bradley Free Clinic | | We are working with the Search committee of the Bradley Free Clinic (www.bradleyfreeclinic.com) in Roanoke, Virginia to recruit an Executive Director to lead and grow the organization. The clinic was founded in 1974 and provides free medical, dental and pharmacy care to the working uninsured, the temporarily unemployed and their families using volunteer health care professionals. Approximately 2200 patients are treated each year and since its inception the clinic has provided medical and dental care and medicines valued ay more than $50 million. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong managerial/administrative, financial, and fund raising skills , plus the ability to work with the Board, other senior leaders, professional volunteers, donors, staff, and the community. The clinic has an annual budget of approximately $1 million, a substantial endowment, and a staff of 10 full time and 10 part time associates. In recruiting for this position, personality is as important as skill set – the right fit is necessary for the organization, the community, and the Board of Directors.
