Financial Assistance

ConnectSouthside.org's Health Resource Directory was developed as a means for residents of the Southside community to access health-related services and information, regardless of their financial resources. Therefore, all listed resources are meant to serve low-income, un-insured and under-insured individuals and their families through some level of financial access.
