How does this Health-Resource Directory serve low-income, un-insured and under-insured individuals and their families?
This Health-Resource Directory is intended to serve low-income, un-insured and under-insured individuals and their families by only listing resources that offer some level of financial access including free services, generally affordable services and/or sliding fee scale. Nevertheless, the resources are available to all area residents who have a health-related need.
Will this Health-Resource Directory help me determine my health and medical needs?
No, this Health-Resource Directory is not meant as a means for individuals and their families to determine their medical needs. This directory simply contains resources of local health services in the Southside region.
