Keynote Presentation:

What Social Media Means for Leadership

Just about everyone has jumped on the social media bandwagon these days, but if we take a closer look, we see that social media's impact goes beyond just marketing and communications - it has the potential to transform leadership. Hear how the more human-centered principles behind social media and its success can provide a model for innovating the way we lead and run our organizations. Gain practical examples of ways you can change organizational culture, processes, and behaviors in ways that tap into the power of being human, just like social media.

Jamie Notter, Vice President, Management Solutions Plus & co-author of Humanize: How People-Centric Organizations Succeed in a Social World
