A Community Forum on Collaboration for Long-term Sustainability:
Building a Strong Southside Community
In celebration of the launch of the newly merged program of the Appomattox Regional Library System, Southside Community Partners is hosting a free community forum.
The keynote will be "Collaboration & Shared Services Can Help Your Bottom Line" with Peggy Eagan, Executive Director of Children and Family Services Center in Charlotte, NC.
Following will be a panel discussion focusing on perspectives on effective collaboration by local stakeholders including Handy Lindsey of The Cameron Foundation, Lisa Sharpe of the John Randolph Foundation, Rosalyn Andrews of the American Red Cross, Joan Drewry of the Wakefield Foundation, Dennis Morris of the Crater Planning District Commission, and Cliff Bickford of BB&T and Chesterfield County Sustain our Communities Committee.
The event will be moderated by Deborah Barfield Williamson of the Virginia Network of Nonprofit Organizations (VANNO).
