President, Partners Through Training

Bob is the president of Partners Through Training, based in Lynchburg Virginia. As a trainer and business consultant for the past 18 years, he has worked with thousands of people looking to develop practical business skills in the areas of leadership, management, and team development. He has designed and delivered professional development workshops for a variety of clients and partnered with centers for continuing and executive education. Bob holds  Master's and Doctorate degrees in social and organizational psychology, with a specialization in small group training and organizational analysis from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
