Eric has been practicing business law in Richmond, Virginia since 1996. He completed his undergraduate as well as law studies at the University of Virginia. Eric has advised entrepreneurs and business owners on franchising matters, has worked regularly with tax-exempt organizations on a variety of corporate, tax, and compliance issues, and has represented a unique group of clients in the sports entertainment field. He is a co-author of the Virginia CLE handbook "Contract Law in Virginia" and author of "The Essential Legal Guide for the Professional Wrestler."
