Connect to Students

Finding Student Interns and Volunteers

The Greater Richmond Metro region is the home of many prominent universities and community colleges, which enroll thousands of students each year. These students are talented, eager and willing to serve our community, particularly through internship opportunities.

We at Southside Community Partners hope to connect our member organizations to the universities and students.

Please note: we are in the process of adding information for the local schools mentioned below and appreicate any community partnering in this effort - please email us.

Connect with Universities

Most schools and departments within the universities have their own way of reaching students through newsletters, listserves and staff who direct internship opportunities to students. We suggest you also contact the schools directly.

If you're not sure where to start or have questions, you may contact our office at (804) 458-6329 ext 2013 or southsideinfo@connectnetwork.org. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
