The members of the Connect Logo Contest Selection Committee represent some of our regoin's foremost marketing, design, nonprofit and educational orgaizations. The committee members bring decades of professional expertise, creative thinking, and civic engagement to the process. Michael Whitlow, ARP (Committee Chair), Executive Vice President & Corporate Practice Director, CRT/tanaka
Michael Whitlow is the Executive Vice President & Corporate Practice Director at CRT/tanaka, an international public relations and marketing firm. He sits on the ConnectRichmond Advisory Council and has served as president of Downtown Richmond, Inc. Michael's latest pet project is the branding of blueberries, where he and his team have created "Little Blue Dynamo" as the new way the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council will present cultivated blueberries.
Andy Azula, Senior Vice President & Group Creative Director, The Martin Agency
Remeber those UPS whiteboard commercials? Andy, whose work has won him a number of Clio Awards, one of the advertising industry's highest honors, developed and starred in the UPS commercials after director Errol Morris and focus groups clearly expressed preference for Andy to take the starring role rather than any other professional actors. Saturday Night Live later aired two parodies of the commercials. Andy is Senior Vice President and Group Creative Director at The Martin Agency.

Jeffrey Cribbs, President & CEO, Richmond Memorial Health Foundation
Jeffrey serves as president and CEO of the Richmond Memorial Health Foundation. He is a member of the inaugural class of Lead Virginia, a statewide leadership organization and serves on its endowment committee. Jeffrey is a member of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Council on Foundations and is the convener of the southeast's health legacy foundations. He also serves on the board of Partnership for Nonprofit Excellence, Older Dominion Partnership and chairs the State Department of Health Professions Healthcare Workforce Advisory Council. Jeffrey is a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Robyn Deyo, President, Barber Martin Agency
President of Barber Martin, a Richmond-based full-service ad agency, Robyn volunteered on the board She is an effective leader highly regarded for her marketing savvy, insistence on creative excellence and responsible stewardship. Robyn has been active in the community, developing strategies for pro bono clients as well as serving as president of the Richmond chapter of the American Marketing Association. Robyn once ranked #1 in agency ping pong and enjoys diving and playing tennis.
Todd Gray, Vice President for Marketing & Communications, YMCA of Greater Richmond
Todd began his career as a registered lobbyist and political fundraiser but later moved into nonprofit management, focusing on development and marketing. He currently is working with the YMCA of Greater Richmond as the vice president for marketing and communications. Todd is an adjunct faculty member in the University of Richmond's School of Continuing Education where he teaches Integrated Marketing Communication.

Jesse Randall, President, Randell Branding
Jesse began his advertising career in 1988, starting his own design firm as a sophomore in college. He most recently worked with Elevation Advertising as their art director working with nonprofit clients including Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens, Metropolitan Richmond Sports Backers, Gateway Homes and The Children's Museum. He has won numerous design and advertising awards including "Best In Show" at Rochester Addy Awards. While away from work, Jesse enjoys hiking, kayaking and camping.
Daphne Maxwell Reid, Co-Founder & COO, New Millennium Studios
Daphne is best known as Aunt Vivian from the hit comedy, "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air." With her husband, she co-founded and is the COO of New Millennium Studios, the first full-service film studio in Virginia. She can be heard on NPR's "Art on the Air," which she co-produces with the Virginia Museum of Fine Art. She presently serves on the board of the Petersburg Library Foundation, Petersburg Area Arts League, Richmond Forum, Virginia for the Arts, and Virginia State University. Daphne is also an avid photographer of doors from around the world.
Peyton Rowe, Associate Professor & Director of CreateAthon onCampus, Virginia Commonwealth University
Making things work, working with people and having a laughing good time while doing both has been a constant for Peyton. Peyton is an instructor for Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Mass Communications. In 2007, she developed CreateAthon onCampus, which after four successful years has served 46 area nonprofits, mobilized 264 volunteers to work together and created over $770,000 worth of pro bono work.
Risha Stebbins, Senior Program Officer & Coordinator of Communications, The Cameron Foundation
Risha is the senior program officer and coordinator of communications with The Cameron Foundation. Her communication responsibilities center on developing and implementing strategic communication plans, and she also specializes in education, civic affairs, cultural enrichment, conservation and historical preservation. She is a member of the Southeastern Council of Foundation's 2011 Full Fellows program, a rigorous leadership development program for emerging leaders in philanthropy.
